Human Resources Manager

£38,751 to £42,335 per annum

Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Human Resources Manager to join the college and provide an excellent HR service to the college’s departments at strategic and operational level

This will involve working effectively with the Principal, Managers and Governors to ensure that the college are equipped to deliver to the highest standards by implementing robust HR systems that are regularly reviewed. You will also have the experience to exploit the capabilities of the HR information system and other technological platforms

You will have a track record of strong leadership, ideally in an FE/Adult Education setting, be able to demonstrate evidence of strategic and operational HR working and also have a thorough and current understanding of the latest employment legislation developments and the implications these may have within the workplace
