We are looking to recruit an ICT Assistant to deliver great customer service. In this role you will be providing first line support to Hastoe’s users, and technical support in the ICT service desk and data centre. You will also be involved with remote support and administration, installations (hardware and software) and upgrades. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career in ICT and will suit someone with enthusiasm and a commitment to learning.

Your easy communication style, organisation skills and a passion for helping customers solve problems are as important as previous helpdesk experience. You should have an aptitude for computers and technology, and be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of IT: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Hardware - computers and mobile devices, Networking principles, user accounts, computer security, administrating and troubleshooting applications.
