ICT PROJECT MANAGER
(18 month fixed term contract)

The Council is implementing a range of new and innovative online services for its residents, key stakeholders and partner organisations. Bracknell Forest is ideally situated geographically and surrounded by world-leading technology companies. The Council has sought to exploit this advantage and to promote innovation in order to provide modern services to the community.

We are looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to take responsibility for ICT implementation projects, service support issues, problem and business analysis for our internal customers. Based within the ICT services department you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key ICT projects and business analysis.

You should have a proven track record in project delivery with minimum oversight from senior management; have a good all round understanding of information technology and systems, as well as a good knowledge of IT industry trends.

You’ll be highly motivated, pro-active and well organised individual with good inter-personal and communication skills. Experience of project management methodologies such as PRINCE 2 or MSP is essential.
