About you

You will be experienced in supporting and trouble shooting ICT networks including servers, desktops, applications and IP telephony. You must be able to work to strict deadlines and have excellent customer service skills as you will be the first point of contact for all ICT enquiries both internally and externally.

The Job

You will be assisting the ICT Service Delivery Manager to provide front line support for West Kent’s ICT systems, including computer and telephony hardware, software and databases.
