Blackpool Integrated Youth Service requires a full-time ‘Innovate’ Youth Worker to work as a key worker with vulnerable young people as identified at risk of offending behaviour. You will be a member of a team of staff within Integrated Youth Service in the Central geographical area supported by the Advanced Youth Work Practitioner who is responsible for the line management of the worker. You will be required to work evenings and occasional weekend work to provide case work support and access to activities to ensure the needs of young people, primarily in the 8-17 years age range, are met through a wide range of education activity and positive interventions.
