About the Position…

You will be responsible for centrally managing the prevention and recovery of rent arrears and other debts for all tenure types (including former tenant arrears and non-housing accounts) in an efficient manner in accordance with Policy and Procedure providing a professional and proficient customer-focused service to the residents.

About you…

You will ideally have knowledge of debt management, and an awareness of welfare benefits. You will also have experience of taking procedural recovery action to reduce rent arrears, including attending court, you will be a proficient user of MS Office suite.
