About this Job:

Camden’s Integrated Early Years Service are looking to recruit an innovative individual to this evolving role. The successful candidate will work across five Children’s Centre Locality teams. The post holder will be responsible for analysis of data and identify need to maximise the take up of services by children under 5 and their families.

The post holder will contribute to the on-going evaluation and performance management of Children Centre Services, identifying areas for development and building relationships with partner agencies.

The post holder will ensure that outreach and activities are effectively targeted to maximise and evidence the impact on hard to reach families.

This role involves:

  • Linking parents to children’s centre services and resources.
  • Identifying and improving parents children’s centre registration rates and take-up of services.
  • Involving stakeholders in children centre partnerships.
  • Ensuring publicity material for IEYS is accessible and disseminated across the borough.

Key Requirements

In order to make a successful application, you must demonstrate the following key requirements for this post:

  • Experience of working with families with children 0-5yrs in a community setting (paid and/or voluntary capacity).
  • Experience organising and facilitating meetings for parents.
  • Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to conflicting / changing priorities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver effective and co-ordinated services.
  • Good interpersonal and effective communication skills
