We are looking to appoint a Personal Advisor On Track (fixed term contract till December 2018) to join the Inspire Careers team.
This is a front line role dealing with young people by supporting the work of Inspire Careers providing young people in Thurrock with support in their chosen career options in the community.
Good communication skills – written and verbal – are vital plus the ability to organize and prioritize own workloads. Good computer skills, the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently are also a priority.
Key functions of the role will be to support, assist and advocate on behalf of young people to enable them to participate effectively in appropriate education, employment or training opportunities.
