An exciting opportunity has become available within our Local Land Charges & GIS team.
Reporting to the Principal Land Charges Officer, you will be part of a small team providing a prompt and accurate Local Land Charges Search and Enquiry service to the legal community and the general public.
The main duties of this post will involve processing search requests, maintaining the Local Land Charges Register and the Council’s corporate geographical data via a Geographical Information System (GIS). We are therefore seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A strong commitment to providing a quality service and the ability to meet targets in a fast paced environment is required.
A good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office is essential. Previous Land Charges and/or GIS experience is desirable, but not essential as training will be given.
