Experienced Local Government Lawyer to predominantly handle casework emanating from our pioneering “Rogue Landlords” Client team – involving both civil and criminal work.
Litigation Lawyer, preferably qualified solicitor or barrister, with substantial experience of Housing Act 2004 matters, to include related criminal and civil proceedings. Some experience of defending homelessness Judicial Reviews would be an advantage.
This role is temporary for 12 months.
Currently location is 5th Floor, Laurence House, Catford London, SE6 4RU
