Location:Murray House Resourse Centre 

Murray House is a warm and welcoming Resource Centre for Older People. The centre provides homely residential and respite care for thirty eight service users taking great pride on achieving positive CSCI reports.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Lead Night Care Officers to join our team who has the qualities that ensures best outcomes are met for our service users and staff teams. You will have a genuine empathy and understanding of the needs and diversities of older people and possess the knowledge and skills to enable our service users and staff to achieve their optimum potentials.

As a Lead Night Care Officer you demonstrate your abilities for the efficient management of the centre during the night in line with the Care Standards Act 2000 and the Royal Borough of Kingston Care Practice Manual.

You will have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have considerable lead experience in providing the physical, emotional and social care of older people in a residential or health care setting, as well as experience of leading and supervising a team.
