Breast Cancer Care have recently updated a number of their IT systems as part of a move of their London head office and adopted agile working. To help us support these new systems and a diverse workforce, we are looking to recruit a dedicated customer focused support person to lead on user support for the organisation.
Your role will be to drive the continued improvement of IT services, and to ensure agreed SLA’s are adhered to. You will also implement an ITIL framework which will provide strong technical leadership in the design, configuration, implementation and management of new IT and existing systems/services.
In addition to the user support activities, you will also play an active role in the development and rollout of new systems and manage the IT Support Engineer.
The key areas of development this year are, the new GDPR developments, Windows 10, Video Conferencing, Office 365 and home working/telephone system improvements.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills whilst being a good team player. The post holder will be accustomed to working on various projects simultaneously, will be flexible and able to deal with conflicting priorities.
In addition you will have a keen eye for detail, be a complete finisher and the ability to take a broad view on strategic issues.
