Our Human Resources team plays a critical advice-giving and business partnering role to our operating businesses throughout all strands of HR: Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Payroll, People and Organisational Development as well as Reward.

We are looking for a Learning and Development Resource and Communications Officer to assist MHP achieve its business objectives and corporate initiatives through learning and development.

The ideal individual must have a proven track record of designing and producing learning resources that enhance the learning experience and are aligned to the achievement of business objectives. Experience of using technology to gather information and to create interactive learning opportunities. Understanding of the potential and limitations of interactive e-learning. Ability to establish strong, positive working relationships with throughout the businesses. Computer literate, including experience of learning new software packages.

It is desirable for the candidate to have experience of marketing and communications within a complex business. Experience of the housing and or care and support sector. Experience of designing web based solutions.
