We are recruiting a Learning Employment Coordinator to work on our Child Care programme. As a key member of our Vocational Team, experience of working within childcare frameworks at level 2 & 3 is essential.
Through the provision, supervision and assessment of Apprenticeship Frameworks in Child Care, you will agree an assessment plan with individual level 1, Apprenticeship and PLA learners and assess competence towards gaining units or whole recognised national qualifications, including Key Skills and the Technical Certificate.
As part of the framework you will be required to carry out off job training in order for learners to complete their frameworks.
You will maintain comprehensive candidate assessment records and submit units of evidence to the Internal Verifier. You will establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with employers and other organisations involved in the delivery of training.
