You will be passionate about learning and supporting people to develop their potential to meet the needs of the business. You will have experience of delivering a range of engaging learning solutions. You will feel, like us, that learning is about more than attending training courses.

The Job

You will be responsible for developing and organising a corporate learning programme which supports everyone at West Kent to deliver our business objectives. You will also lead on aspects of corporate culture change programmes and other projects including our apprenticeship programme.
