LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT “Temporary” (Part-time) Key Stage 1

The job is linked to a statemented child and the post will remain as long as the pupil is in school, however, the hours may fluctuate according to the requirements of the statement.

To start post March 2012

Southfield Primary School requires a Learning Support Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a child with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Experience and accredited qualification would be beneficial but if not training will be available.

We require an adaptable, calm person with a good sense of humour to work as part of a hardworking team and with an ability to react clearly and quickly to the child’s needs.
