REQUIRED FOR SEPTEMBER 2013
In April 2013 OFSTED judged us as a ‘Good’ school and confirmed we are continuing our journey to becoming outstanding. Students make better than expected progress in many areas, teaching is good and the school community is harmonious, with good relationships between students and staff being a key feature of the school.
We are:
• A mixed, multicultural, fully comprehensive community school serving a very diverse population
• A vibrant school with an innovative approach to the curriculum, pastoral care and staff development
• A well-equipped and resourced modern school
We require 2 Learning Support Assistants to join our SEN team to support our class teachers and to work with individuals and groups of students. While experience in a secondary school is not essential, it is desirable.
