About the Position…

You will be repsonsible for providing an excellent customer focused leasehold service. You will maximise income from service charges and major work recharges. Manage all leasehold requests in relation to alteration/improvement works to their homes. Ideally, you will have a Housing background, preferably within Leasehold, Tenancy Managment or Property Management.

Your customer service skills will be of a high standard, you will be required to provide leaseholders advice and guidance on payment solutions available and recommend the best possible solution.
