Leisure Attendant/Lifeguard

The Leisure Services division has four leisure sites and strives to deliver a quality service to all our customers. A varied and customer focused programme is on offer at all of our centres which currently include Moor Park & St Georges swimming pools and Palatine Leisure Centre.

We are looking to recruit a full time lifeguard to compliment the existing team at Palatine Leisure Centre. If you are customer focused and committed to helping us deliver a quality service then we want to hear from you. You will be required to work varying hours. You will work a 37-hour week which will include early starts, evenings and weekends.

All posts are subject to satisfactory references, CRB and medical clearances and proof of legal working in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996

You must show self-discipline, self-motivation and flexibility towards working arrangements.

All Local Authorities are required to undertake a pay and grading review. This post will be subject to Job Evaluation and the pay and grade may increase or decrease as a result.
