APTC 2 SCP 11 – 13 £9.80 – £10.26per hour
Up to 25 hours per week, based on requirement

We currently have a pool of Lettings Assistants but due to increased demand on our facilities, are looking to increase the number of staff.
The post holder will be expected to work under their own initiative adopting a common sense approach to support the Business Manager and Site Team Manager in accordance with the practices and procedures of the Academy. The post will involve liaising with hirers and other duties arising from the use of the premises in connection with lettings. Lettings mostly occur during evenings (between 18:00 – 22:30) and/or weekends (between 08:30 and 23:30). Actual hours and days worked will be variable, based upon requirements from lettings, therefore you will be required to adopt a flexible approach to working patterns.
