Youth & Connexions Service are looking for an enthusiastic, local lettings officer for their centres across Barnet, required for week days and evenings and for some weekend cover. Hours are flexible, and negotiable.

This post will suit someone with knowledge of building maintenance, Health and Safety and good communication skills.

You will open and close premises, carry out Health & Safety, security and damage checks and basic administration.

You will work flexibly, this will include evening work and occasional weekends.

This post is suitable for a car user. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of issues surrounding equal opportunities and have an awareness of how the Council’s aims and values relate to their job. You will be given further training opportunities in line with the needs of the Service.
