Literacy Leader

We are seeking to appoint a Literacy Leader to develop a new team within the school. Taking the Ofsted framework on Reading, Writing and Communication as the basis of this post, the Literacy Leader will develop a consistent, whole school approach to literacy, language and learning.

This post is a unique opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about literacy and language across the curriculum to shape the learning in a school on the road to excellence. The successful applicant will not have a standard teaching load, but will be expected to inspire colleagues by teaching alongside them across the curriculum.
