About the role
We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our Low Cost Home Ownership team based in London Bridge. You will support the Head of Low Cost Home Ownership Sales and Sales Managers on all sales related activities. Responsible for day to day delivery of the sales programme from pre-sale to reservation you'll come to us with experience of the sales and marketing process and good knowledge of low cost home ownership.
You’ll support the delivery of sales strategies on existing sales programme and sales pipeline, as well as building and maintaining relationships with solicitors and other internal teams/departments. Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales, and handover process and ensuring customer service standards are maintained throughout.
About the individual
• Car ownership/driving licence required.
• Experience of the sales and marketing process.
• A good knowledge of low cost home ownership.
• Experience of working with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, developers and agents.
• Experience of working with both internal and external parties in relation to sales set-up.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences.
• Experience of meeting short and longer term sales related deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and has personal integrity and credibility and a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.
