Reporting to Asset Manager, you will have responsibility for assisting in the day to day running of Centrepoint’s maintenance function, providing practical advice to staff and ensuring all KPI targets are met. This position will work with the Asset Manager and Maintenance Administrator to deliver the responsive repair, void works, gas works, cyclical and planned maintenance programmes, to budget and within timeframes.
You will be required to conduct pre and post inspections, produce and issue repair orders to contractors, monitor progress, agree variations and also assess and approve invoices.
You should be highly motivated, with a basic understanding of building defects and excellent IT literacy skills. You should have the drive, enthusiasm and customer focus to work within a team whilst continuously seeking to improve its quality and effectiveness.
