As Maintenance Surveyor you will provide effective technical support to the reactive repairs business. To ensure that a high quality service is delivered to residents which represents good value for money to the Trust.
It is essential the successful candidate has demonstrable experience working in the field of building construction and/or maintenance and a sound knowledge of the maintenance and repair of housing stock.
All applicants must hold a current driving license and use of car.
This position represents the opportunity for a person with the right blend of technical and personal skills to join us at an extremely exciting stage of our development.
