The Sales and Marketing department at this leading housing group are looking for enthusiastic and hard working people to join the team. We’re looking for a Sales Manager, Sales Executives and a Market Analyst.

Roles Available in the Sales & Marketing Department at East Thames Group:

Market Analyst

Salary: Starting salary: £31,213

Grade: C

We require a Market Analyst who has experience in the residential property market, and willsupport the organisation in developing high quality, competitive homes that meet the needs of our customers and maximise income.

You should be highly analytical and logical and be able to provide advice and guidance for others and facilitating their decision making.

You should:

• Have exceptional experience in the residential property sector;
• Produce well researched scheme feasibility reports for new developments making clear recommendations on values, demand and competition;
• Support the sales and marketing teams in monitoring performance including sales periods, sales and marketing costs, KPIs, benchmarking against other organisations, and make recommendations for performance improvement;
• Have a wide overview of the economic and residential markets and monitor conditions that may impact on sales ie, competitor analysis, availability of mortgages, values and pricing strategies.
