Marketing Campaign Executive
The success of our campaigns has been instrumental to our growing client base and recent achievements. We are now busier than ever and regularly have multiple campaigns running at any one time.
In order to ensure that these campaigns continue to deliver fantastic results, we are expanding our Marketing Team to include a dedicated Marketing Campaign Executive.
In this role, you’ll use a range of digital platforms to get the right messages to the right candidates and ensure every vacancy receives maximum numbers of high quality applications. It will be up to you to plan, implement, optimise and evaluate campaigns with varying budgets and geographical scope - closely monitoring each one to ensure that not only does it achieve the optimum results but also represents excellent value for money.
This will include the use of Google and Bing PPC and social media advertising, as well as identifying, researching and trialling alternative methods that may prove useful.
Working closely with the rest of the Marketing Team, you’ll devise creative solutions to the challenges you face in order to achieve the consistent levels of success with each and every campaign.
You will also carry out post-campaign analysis and reporting, identifying successes and challenges to ensure further success in the future.
This role would be ideal for a qualified marketing professional with a developing understanding of online advertising platforms such as Google Adwords and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn etc). You’ll be keen to take the knowledge you already have and build on it through practical experience.
We’re looking for someone with the confidence to take ownership of their own projects and the enthusiasm to continue learning and growing.
Our Marketing Team is built on team work and collaboration and we need someone who is keen to play their part in that. You’ll pride yourself on your communication skills and will be willing to chip in and help others, both within the Marketing Team and across the business.
There will be significant training and support available, both internally and externally, but we are also looking for someone capable of hitting the ground running and getting stuck straight in. You won’t be alone though as your team members will always be available to lend a hand and give advice.
Whilst not essential, it would be a massive bonus if the successful candidate was a confident writer, able to write coherent reports and contribute to writing web copy.
