The Investment Services Team require a Mechanical Project Officer to work within an established team managing the delivery of Gas Servicing Repairs and Mechanical maintenance to the Council’s 28,000 properties, ensuring effective arrangements are in place to deliver a high quality service.

You will need the ability to:

• To ensure that our Contractors work meets legislative requirements, industry standards and the Authority’s performance criteria.
• Undertake on site gas quality audits and checks.
• Communicate effectively with our Customers and Contractors.
• Undertake on site inspections and surveys, and prepare reports.

The successful applicant will have proven experience of working within a Gas Services environment. You must have relevant technical qualifications and a detailed working knowledge of legislation related to all aspects of Gas and Mechanical Services work.
