Mobile Works Support Officer

As part of a small, friendly team you will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Mobile Works Team. Your remit will cover operational services, health and safety as well as training and development. You will use your excellent customer service skills to provide information to the public and our customers.

With some administrative experience in a customer service environment, you will also be familiar with MS Office. Being a good communicator who is both polite and articulate, you will be able write letters and simple reports clearly and effectively. Along with being able to work on your own initiative, you will also be able to work well as part of a team. Your flexible approach to work will be invaluable in order to deal with conflicting priorities when needed.

This post is part-time working 30 hours a week, normally worked 7.30am to 4.00pm Tuesday toThursday and 7.30am to 2.00pm Friday.
