Main Purpose Of Job
The post is central to the delivery of national and local objectives with regard to safeguarding children and is a direct response to the recommendation in the Munro review. The post will actively promote partnership working across the various agencies, through promoting, developing and delivery high quality multi-agency learning and development activities, projects and training.
The post will take a lead on co-ordinating the delivery and development of programmes for training needs within and between MSCB partnership agencies.
The post will also develop and establish a quality assurance framework for all MSCB and partner agency training. And develop a role as a key contact in relation to the learning and development activities to be carried out in accordance with the MSCB Learning and Development strategy.
