Neighbourhood Services Officer - North

Managing both estates and street properties of mixed tenure you will be dealing with anti social behaviour and tenancy enforcement, working in partnership with residents and consulting with them on a wide range of issues. You’ll use your positive and innovative approach to meet tough quality standards and drive constant improvement in customer service.

Ideally you’ll already have housing management experience, with some knowledge of working within support and leasehold sector, including dispute resolution and regeneration. You will be focused, professional and organised and be confident in dealing with leaseholders and contractors to ensure effective delivery of housing and facilities management.

You’ll be advising people and resolving complex issues, so you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to a car.
