The ICT systems are crucial to the operations of NewVIc. Therefore, this role involves all aspects of managing and maintaining the ICT environment while implementing new technologies to meet the operational demands of the college. Led by the Network Manager you will assist in the provision of a high quality network support service at the college’s sites in both Plaistow and Stratford.
The college network technicians carry out a full range of network activities from the creation and maintenance of accounts through to the installation of software and the set up of new hardware. A key area of the role will be assisting with the provision of a comprehensive user support service/helpdesk.
