Non residential Caretaker - 36 hours per week

We are looking for someone who can meet challenging quality standards and targets and provide the high standard of service expected by our residents. Duties include cleaning/maintaining communal areas and grounds maintenance, carrying out minor communal repairs, and acting as first point of contact for residents on matters relating to their homes and working with contractors.

It is essential that you have relevant experience in, for example concierge, janitor, office maintenance, or handyperson. You will need to have good Information Technology skills, as well as possess effective communication and customer services skills. You will also need to have experience of liaising with the public and have excellent customer service skills.

You will be expected to attend regular team meetings which are held in our office at Garratt Lane. Please note that this is a live out post and a clean driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential.
