We are looking for a qualified, full-time, temporary Nursery Nurse to work in a Reception Class in our Early Years’ Unit. This vacancy is to cover a maternity leave.

You will be a committed and enthusiastic practitioner who has experience of planning and following a play based curriculum through stimulating indoor and outdoor environments. You will be committed to including and developing all children whatever their learning needs are.

Nursery Nurses work across the school from the Early Years Foundation Stage to Year 6 with all children. Some specifically support pupils with special educational needs.

The qualifications required are: – NNEB – Diploma in Nursery Nursing or National Vocational Qualification in Child Care and Education Level III or BTEC – Diploma in Nursery Nursing (2 yr. FT) or BTEC – Certificate in Nursery Nursing (2 yr. FT)

Cleves Primary School promotes the inclusion of a group of children with high level support needs including children with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties into the curriculum and daily life of the school enabling everyone to be a full member of our learning community.
