Nursery Officer (Level 3 Qualified

To start ASAP, maternity cover.

Taking responsibility in the short term absence of the Nursery Manager, you will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver childcare for children aged 0-3 years in New Heights Nursery.

You will also support the Nursery Manager in the leadership of the nursery. You should have an appropriate Level 3 qualification, experience of working with children aged 0-3, knowledge of the Statutory Requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

You should have experience working with children and some leadership/management experience. You must be able to display the ability to manage a team of staff and create successful relationships with parents.

You will be required to work in accordance with the Local Authorities policies and procedures, particularly with regard to the safeguarding of children.
