We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and well organised manager for our 20 bedded Mental Health Rehabilitation home in Brunswick village.
As an experienced manager you will have extensive knowledge of mental health services, particularly in continuing care and rehabilitation. In addition to excellent clinical skills, a flair and aptitude for business management are required.
Also required is the ability to work collaboratively with the local PCT and NHS Trust, manage a team of qualified nursing and care staff, and ensure the service operates within the Care Standards Act 2000.
You will be an RMN and hold an RMA or be prepared to work towards achieving this, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of clinical governance frameworks, the NSF for Mental Health and commitment to user involvement.
