The Occupational Therapy Service is part of the AT Home Centre, which also accommodates our fully integrated, in-house equipment and minor adaptations service. Therapists to join our service. You will work with people to carry out assessments and develop care plans that enable them to regain or retain their independence in daily living activities. You will have a good knowledge of community care and an ability to develop excellent working relationships with service users, carers and colleagues across services.
