We are currently recruiting for Occupational Therapists to our Long Term and Self Directed Support Teams. You will be responsible for the assessment of adults with disabilities requesting equipment, minor and major works to provide maximum independence. Experience of achieving the reduction of packages of care through the provision of major adaptations and use of appropriate moving and handling techniques is desirable. You will be working in a supportive team and will need to be able to communicate with people of all ages, work on your own initiative, and manage and prioritise your workload
You will come to the role with energy, experience and a good understanding of Adult Social Care and Occupational Therapy. In return we will provide you with the tools to do your job, excellent supervision and development opportunities to progress your career in Occupational Therapy.
