About the job

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Personalised Services team to deliver reablement services to younger and older people with disabilities. Your key focus in this role will be to improve our clients’ functional abilities and to provide the support required to restore them back to their maximum potential.

About the person

You will be an experienced Occupational Therapist with the necessary professional registration and will crucially have experience of delivering rehabilitative services in a relevant context.Furthermore your experience will enable you confidently carry out the necessary assessments and referrals, your expertise to identify priority areas for care, and your widespread knowledge to demonstrate an understanding of a range of common medical conditions and the issues affecting the disabled.
