The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Youth Offending Team is a multi agency partnership. The Team is highly motivated and is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in preventing and reducing offending by young people.
You will be responsible for managing staff and ensuring day to day service delivery of pre and post Court Services to young offenders aged 8 to 17 years and their families, in line with the requirements of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, National Standards, Key Performance Indicators as well as local and national priorities/initiatives.
RBWM has a responsibility for, and is committed to, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and for ensuring that they are protected from harm. This post is subject to an Enhanced CRB.
