OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR - CAR PARKS

Parking Services wish to appoint an Operational Supervisor to help in the smooth running of the service.

Working with the Shift Leader, the role will entail ensuring that Parking Attendants report for their shift on time to carry out their duties. To roster staff on shifts as is necessary. To ensure daily shift reports are maintained and distributed to staff as well as ensuring that Incident Reports, sickness and leave forms are completed correctly. To ensure all beats are patrolled in accordance with instructions from the Parking Services Manager.

The role will also include ensuring that all linage and signage is in accordance with the current Traffic Regulation Orders, ensure that all protocols and procedures are followed.

Working hours will be Sunday 13:30-17:30, Monday-Wednesday 07:00 -19:00 All shifts include a 1 hour break.
