My client is a leading claims management business, with a focus on financial mis-selling and financial irregularities, primarily Payment Protection Insurance mis-selling and Credit Card charges. Due to internal growth they currently require a Test Analyst to join them in their impressive West Manchester HQ.

Following the implementation of a new Quality Assurance Team, my client are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager to lead, build on and develop the current Team & procedure, to deliver a successful compliance plan within the Company, enhancing the compliance culture. You will lead the Quality Assurance Team, comprising of 2 Team Leaders and 14 operatives. You will exercise a coaching and development role within this Team, operating within a fast moving Customer facing Contact Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Compliance Manager understanding and providing feedback to your Team on any regulatory issues, as well as providing them with any relevant information from any other outside bodies.

The successful Compliance Manager will have an understanding of MOJ and FSA regulations and be experienced within company compliance strategy and training.
