Operations Manager

We are Servite Facilities Management providing an excellent maintenance, service to Servite Houses nationwide.

With a keen understanding of Maintenance issues and possessing good interpersonal skills in order for you to support the Operations Director in all aspects of service delivery.

You will be a self motivated individual with a good standard of English, to write and amend policies and procedures. Producing statistics and monitoring information on a wide range of performance and budgetary issues, you will highlight areas of concerns and make recommendations for improvements for effective outcomes and value for money.

With strong IT skills and a keen eye for detail you will also have a good understanding of office practice and procedures and have experience of working with financial management systems.
