Outreach Worker (Family Support)

You will work with families with a child under 5, supporting them with a wide range of needs within the reach area.

The role will include home visits, new birth visits, sign posting families to specialist services, multi agency working, community needs analysis work and setting up community activities to meet the needs of our families in line with the children’s centre core offer.

The post will also involve engaging adults in the community to increase their opportunities and gain training or qualifications in partnership with other agencies.
