Outreach Workers

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic and motivated, with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with Children’s Centre staff and with other Children’s Centres across the town.

The focus of these posts is to ensure that the Children’s Centre ‘reach’ targets are met and that families are supported and empowered to access Children’s Centre services.

You will be required to work with individual families in their own homes as well as contributing towards centre-based activities and you will need to have a relevant level 3 qualification.
