P/T Assistant Youth Support Worker

Aiding Senior Youth Support Workers, you’ll help to develop and carry out learning and social education youth work activities for young people on the Norrey’s estate and skate park. Offering support and encouragement, you’ll work as part of a team, identifying their needs and interests, creating activities which are both fun and educational. Your good interpersonal skills will really come into play as will your creative and understanding nature.

For this post, a Youth Work NVQ level 2/3 is desired, although we offer full training to develop your skills and qualifications in this rewarding area.
