P/T Senior Youth Support Worker

Can you make a difference to young peoples lives? Joining our Youth Centre team, you’ll work with young people on the Norrey’s estate aged 13 to 19 years old, helping them to develop personally, educationally and socially. You’ll really have a chance to build positive relationships, whilst supporting and supervising sessional staff. With excellent communication skills, you’ll have a real understanding and respect for young people’s views and the ability to develop these through imaginative youth club and project session programmes.

For this post, a Youth Work NVQ level 2/3 is desired, although we offer full training to develop your skills and qualifications in this rewarding area.
