We're looking for a proactive, organised person to support our Director of Commercial Properties at Notting Hill Housing (NHH).
The Commercial Properties business owns and manages a portfolio of more than 300 commercial units as well as a Student Lets business with multiple sites in London. We're growing as a business within the Group and are passionate about giving Londoners the opportunity to love where they live. We work hard to generate a surplus for the Group that can be reinvested in building more affordable homes and creating a better London.
You can make an impact. As the PA to the Director of Commercial Properties your work will be crucial in the smooth operation of our fast moving and rapidly expanding business. You'll have regular PA responsibilities - diary management, preparing for and minuting meetings, producing reports and presentations; we'll also challenge you to branch out into new areas. Alongside your day to day duties, you'll have the opportunity work on special projects together with producing briefings or research papers to help us grow. We'll also get you involved with our Student Lets social media channels, looking to you to create content and monitoring our online presence.

As well as the ability to deliver on the key PA tasks, you'll match our high levels of motivation to get things done, and our attention to detail to do them well. Finally, because this role is working for one of our business leads, we're looking for a professional, confident communicator who is credible talking to everyone from an unhappy commercial customer to our range of professional partners.
You will need to be flexible to work across our different offices in London.
