To share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of residents, in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and choice. To help in the care of the resident’s physical environment and activities of the Home. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential together with the ability to display empathy with residents. Subject to CRB check.
