PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISER (18.50 HOURS) Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 2 year temporary contract
Salary up to £22,935 pro rata 37 full-time hours

Our Customer Services team provide help, information and advice on a wide range of government services including Council Tax, Benefits, Planning, Building Control, Housing and Waste. The team provides a switchboard service and handles Waste, Housing and Revenues calls, developing the switchboard service into a telephone centre for some council services. This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment and undertake a comprehensive training programme.
To join our team you will need excellent customer care and communication skills, ideally gained in a customer care or call-handling environment. Team working, flexibility and a keenness to learn new skills and information will be key to your success.
